THE RULE OF SPORTS




Doping is contrary to ethics and all principles of sports by the immorality of cheating, and to medicine as the promoter of health

Doping includes
1) use of substances belonging to prohibited classes of pharmacological preparations, and/or
2) use of various doping methods.

I. PROHIBITED CLASSES
a. Stimulants
b. Narcotic analgesics
c. Substances with anabolic effect
d. Diuretics
e. Peptide and glucoprotein hormones, and analogues

II. DOPING METHODS
a. Blood doping
b. Pharmacological, chemical, and physical manipulation

III. GROUPS OF DRUGS SUBJECT TO CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS
a. Alcohol
b. Marijuana
c. Local anaesthetics
d. Corticosteroids
e. Beta-blockers/antagonists
